Qualification: Graduates in B.E Civil Engineering (2015 Batch and Former batch candidates.

    Job Description and Responsibilities:
    • Execution of civil activities (such as RCC and Finishing activities) in a construction location at higher standard. 
    • Studying of drawings, specifications and executing the same through proper planning. 
    • Handling the queries and resolving the problems of the site or escalating and reporting to Manager.. 
    • Maintaining high quality standards at site. 
    • Ensuring the safety on the site.(Very Important) 
    • Coordination with Projects, Liasoning, Contract, Purchase, Quality and vendors for the smooth functioning of the project. 
    • Updating the manager about the on-going project on daily basis. 
    • Should have knowledge of costing so as to ensure the project running as per the budget. 
    • Should Follow the SOP of the organization.

    Required Experience and Skills
    • Candidate should have 2 to 5 Yrs of experience in Construction Company 
    • Candidate should have Knowledge of all construction related drawings and plans. 
    • Good Knowledge on RCC & finishing activities is preferred. 
    • Knowledge & awareness of IS Codes pertaining to construction, Knowledge & implementation of Work orders & SOPs (Quantity & Quality), Knowledge & implementation of Safety Procedures (OHSAS) are mandatory. 
    • Desired attributes & skills : Good internal customer focus; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under  pressure and result oriented. Professional integrity. 
    • Key skills include Budgeting, Construction, Planning and Quality Standards.

    Working Days: Full time based on the norms of the Company.
